Revenue Sharing Program

1. Eligibility

To participate in the revenue sharing program, you must have an active 322.tips account, maintain a minimum prediction accuracy, and comply with our community guidelines and terms of service.

2. Revenue Share Structure

The default revenue share is 70% to the creator and 30% to the platform. This applies to:

• VIP subscription fees from your subscribers
• Diamond tips received on your picks
• Gifts sent to you by other users

3. Payment Terms

Earnings are calculated in real-time and reflected in your wallet as diamonds. You can request withdrawal to your BTC wallet at any time, subject to minimum withdrawal amounts. Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days after approval.

4. Content Guidelines

All predictions and content must be original, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and comply with our community standards. Fraudulent activity, manipulation, or misleading information will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of earnings.

5. Transparency Requirements

All creators must maintain transparent track records. Your win/loss ratio, past predictions, and statistics are publicly visible to maintain trust within the community.

6. Taxes and Compliance

You are responsible for all taxes and legal compliance related to your earnings. 322.tips does not withhold taxes or provide tax advice. Consult with a tax professional regarding your obligations.

7. Modification and Termination

322.tips reserves the right to modify the revenue share percentage, payment terms, or terminate the program with 30 days notice. Changes will be communicated via email and platform notifications.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding payments or program terms will be resolved through our support system. By participating, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration.
